Nutec homes are built using fibre cement panels, a mixture of cement, silica, and fibers. The panels are strong, lightweight and resistant to moisture, fire, pests and rot. They have been used in construction across South Africa for decades.

Compared to traditional brick, Nutec goes up faster. A standard home can be completed in a fraction of the time. That means lower labour costs, less disruption and a quicker move-in date for you.

We use SABS approved Nutec panels on every build. Every new home we construct can be registered with the NHBRC and carry a full structural warranty. You are fully protected from the moment we break ground.
